We want every visit to Tiger Mama to feel safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all families. The policies below help set clear expectations so everyone can focus on play, connection, and celebration.
Open Play Policies & Expectations
Open play at Tiger Mama is a voluntary, recreational experience designed for children and their caregivers to explore, move, and play together. Participation in open play involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, climbing, and interactions with equipment, toys, furniture, and other children and adults. While Tiger Mama staff monitor the space in a commercially reasonable manner, caregivers understand that staff cannot supervise every participant at all times, and primary responsibility for a child’s safety remains with the supervising adult.
Tiger Mama is not a drop-off facility. Children must be supervised by a parent or designated caretaker at all times during open play. Caregivers are expected to remain attentive, follow posted rules, respect capacity limits, and comply with verbal instructions from Tiger Mama staff to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all families.
Entry to Tiger Mama is subject to available capacity. Tiger Mama reserves the right to delay or deny entry as needed to maintain a safe environment. Once a guest exits the facility, re-entry is not permitted.
For the health and safety of our community, guests should not enter the facility if they or their child are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been exposed to a communicable disease. Participation in open play includes the possibility of exposure to infectious illnesses, and by entering the space, families acknowledge and accept these risks. Tiger Mama reserves the right to ask any guest who appears ill to leave the premises.
Socks are required for all guests in play areas, including adults. Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas and are not allowed in play spaces. Unsafe behavior, including rough play, climbing on furniture, or failure to follow posted rules or staff direction, is not permitted.
A signed waiver is required for each child prior to participating in open play and must be renewed annually. The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring that all required waivers are completed before entry. Tiger Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Tiger Mama reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service or ask any guest to leave if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant with policies or staff guidance. Removal may occur without refund in order to protect the safety and experience of all guests.​

Party Policy
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold your party date. The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless billed in advance. If full payment is not received before the party begins, the event may be canceled without refund. All party packages, dates, and times are subject to availability.

Timing
Parties must begin and end on time. Early arrivals may be permitted 15–30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for setup only and must be approved in advance. Staying past your reserved end time may result in an overtime charge.

Safety & Play Rules
Socks are required for all guests in the play area, including adults. Socks are available for purchase if needed. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Food and drinks are permitted only in designated area and are not allowed in the play space. Rough play, bullying, climbing on furniture, or unsafe behavior is not permitted. Guests showing symptoms of illness should not participate, and Tiger Mama reserves the right to ask anyone who appears sick to leave.
Waivers & Supervision
A signed waiver is required for each child before entering the play area. The party host is responsible for ensuring all guest waivers are completed. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children. Tiger Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen items and reserves the right to ask anyone to leave for unsafe conduct.

Food & Decorations
Outside food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas. Cakes and desserts are permitted; please bring any necessary serving items. Confetti, glitter, silly string, helium balloons, and similar materials are not allowed and may result in a cleanup fee. Air-filled balloons are permitted. Decorations requiring attachment to walls or ceilings must be approved in advance and use approved materials only. Damage caused by decorations may result in a repair fee.
Damage, Cleanup & Conduct
Excessive messes or damage to equipment, furniture, or the facility may result in additional fees billed to the party host. Guests are expected to treat staff, other families, and the space with respect. Tiger Mama reserves the right to end a party early for unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Alcohol, weapons, illegal items, and unsafe objects are not permitted on the premises
Play Pass & Membership Policy
Play passes, multi-visit passes, and membership plans purchased through Tiger Mama are intended for use during open play visits and must be associated with the purchasing account at check-in. Guests may be asked to verify their pass or membership upon arrival.
Passes do not expire but are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or resold. Passes are valid for open play visits only and may not apply to private events, parties, or special programming unless otherwise noted.
Tiger Mama reserves the right to update pass offerings, policies, or pricing in the future. Previously purchased passes will continue to be honored in accordance with the terms in place at the time of purchase.
Lost, forgotten, or unused passes remain the responsibility of the purchaser. If you experience any issues accessing your pass or membership, please contact Tiger Mama for assistance.
